Be stress-free. Go car free!

Cycling to work helps reduce stress levels. In the morning, you'll up your endorphin levels and you won't find yourself stuck in a traffic jam. In the evenings, cycling provides some down-time between work and home so you can arrive at home with a clear mind. Best of all, more cycling gives you a new perspective on our beautiful city, and helps reduce traffic and pollution.

Plenty of people have made the switch to their bike - read their stories here.

If you'd like to cycle to work, but need a new set of wheels, ask your employer to sign up to Cyclescheme. It's free to sign up to and offers employees 50% off a new bike. You pay for it in instalments by sacrificing a percentage of your salary before tax www.cyclescheme.co.uk
